Welcome to Escape Fox, operated as a sole proprietorship by Sanjay (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of our website and all purchases made through it. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
 
1. Ownership of Content
All content including T-shirt designs, product descriptions, graphics, and logos are the intellectual property of Escape Fox. Reproduction or unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
 
2. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
All product orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. Your order is not confirmed until it is reviewed, accepted, and dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
 
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. We accept payments securely via Razorpay. Escape Fox reserves the right to revise prices at any time without notice.
 
4. Shipping Policy
We currently ship only within India.

• Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days from order confirmation.

• Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, courier issues).
   

5. Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns if the item received is defective or damaged. To request a return:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Email proof (photo/video) to escapefoxstore@gmail.com
  Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
   

6. No Guarantee
We do not provide any guarantees regarding color fading, print life, or material durability. All products are sold as-is.
 
7. Eligibility to Use
There is no age restriction on purchasing from Escape Fox. Users must provide accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information during checkout. We allow guest checkout; account creation is not mandatory.
 
8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Access
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any user who:

• Violates these terms

• Abuses services (spam, fraud, harmful behavior)

• Attempts unauthorized access to our systems
   

9. Intellectual Property & Licensing
You agree not to copy, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the website content without written consent from Escape Fox. Any such unauthorized use may result in legal action.
 
10. Force Majeure
Escape Fox is not liable for any failure to fulfill orders or delays caused by conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, courier failures, government restrictions, or internet outages.

Escape Fox will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of:

• Delays in delivery
