Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return
We only accept returns in the following cases:

• The item received is damaged

• The item has a manufacturing defect

• The wrong product was delivered

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as size preference, color variation, or change of mind.

2. Return Request Process
To request a return:

• Contact us at 📧 escapefoxstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

• Include:

  • Your order ID

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photo/video evidence of the damage or defect

If the return is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.

3. Return Conditions

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

• Tags and labels must be intact

• Any item returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded
   

4. Refund Process
If your return is approved:

• We will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Razorpay or bank account)

• Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days from return approval

Note: Shipping fees (₹99) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (damaged or incorrect item).

5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You may place a new order after receiving your refund if you need a different size or product.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

• Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled or modified
   

7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:

• Items showing signs of use

• Clearance or discounted items (if marked final sale)

• Products returned after 48 hours of delivery without prior approval
   

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any return/refund issues caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, courier delays, or government restrictions.

9. Policy Updates
Escape Fox reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time. Updates will be posted here. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of the revised policy.
