Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Eligibility & Areas

• We currently ship only within India.

• Certain remote or unserviceable areas may not be eligible for delivery. You will be notified during checkout if your pin‑code isn’t serviceable.
   

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Your order confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt; the contract is finalized only upon shipping/dispatch.

• Please allow up to 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.
   

3. Shipping Time Estimate

• Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days from dispatch.

• Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

• Delays may occur due to courier logistics, weather, or government restrictions.
   

4. Tracking & Delivery Attempts

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your order via the courier's site or Escape Fox’s platform.

• If you're unavailable during delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After that, the order may be canceled and returned at your cost.
   

5. Shipping Charges

• Flat shipping charge of ₹99 for all orders* across India.

• *Orders above ₹1199 are eligible for free shipping.
   

6. Delivery Failures & Address Accuracy

• You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including pin‑code and landmarks.

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, extra charges apply for re-delivery. Escape Fox is not liable for undelivered items.
   

7. Force Majeure & Delays

• Escape Fox is not liable for delivery delays or failures stemming from events beyond our control—such as natural disasters, courier issues, government restrictions, or strikes.
   

8. Damage During Transit

• If your package is damaged or tampered with upon delivery, refuse to accept it and take a photo. Then contact us within 48 hours at escapefoxstore@gmail.com with evidence. We will assist with a resolution.
   

9. Cancellations

• You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.

• Cancellations issued after dispatch are not accepted.
   

10. Policy Updates

• Escape Fox reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the revised policy.
