We accept returns within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Tags and packaging must be intact — this is mandatory, else the return will not be accepted.

• You must provide the order number and proof of purchase.

• It is highly recommended to share an unboxing video taken at the time of opening the parcel for smoother processing.
